운영 주체는 G-road(지로드)입니다. 개인정보 문의는 support@g-road.io 로 받습니다.

02받는 정보

홈페이지 방문자

• 방문 기록 — Google Analytics 4 가 방문한 페이지·시각·브라우저 정보를 모읍니다.
• 홈페이지에는 로그인이 없습니다. 정적 페이지는 정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 얼리액세스 신청만 아래처럼 따로 저장됩니다.
• 얼리액세스 신청(/early-access) — 이메일(필수) · 이름 · 전화번호(선택) · 수신 동의(이메일 필수 · 카카오톡 선택) · 유입 경로(UTM · 신청한 페이지 주소)를 받습니다. 사람인지 확인하기 위해 Cloudflare Turnstile 을 쓰고, 그 확인 결과가 신청과 함께 전송됩니다. 신청 정보는 G-road 의 리드 수집 서버(lead.g-road.io · Cloudflare Workers)를 거쳐 Supabase(싱가포르)에 저장됩니다. 동의 증거로 접속 IP 의 해시값(원문 IP 는 저장하지 않습니다)과 브라우저 정보를 함께 기록합니다. 동의한 채널로 안내를 보내기 위해 이메일·이름은 스티비(Stibee)로, 전화번호는 카카오톡 수신에 동의한 경우에만 솔라피(SOLAPI)로 넘깁니다.

앱 가입자

• 이메일 주소 — 로그인용. 비밀번호 대신 메일로 받는 링크 또는 번호로 로그인합니다.
• 쇼피파이 스토어 주소 (.myshopify.com)
• 손님이 붙여넣는 공급처 제품 링크 (1688 · 타오바오 · 티몰 · 알리익스프레스)
• 손님이 올리는 사진·영상
• 편집한 제품 글·가격·옵션
• 사이즈표 사진
• G-Coin 지갑 잔액과 사용 기록
• 결제 결과 — 주문번호·금액·시각·승인번호
• 결제 연락처 — 홈페이지에서 결제할 때만 받습니다. 카카오 알림톡 결제 청구서를 받을 휴대폰 번호와, 수집·이용에 동의한 시각.
• 버그 신고 — 신고 글 · 신고자 이메일 · 첨부한 화면 캡처 또는 녹화 · 기계가 채운 화면 맥락(주소 · 화면 위치 · 제품 · 브라우저 · 앱 버전 · 직전 오류). 화면 캡처에는 손님 스토어 내용이 찍힐 수 있습니다.
• OS 모듈 온보딩 답변 — 이름 또는 스토어명 · 월 매출 목표 · 목표 시점 · 월 예산 · 하기 싫은 것(금지선) · 인스타그램 주소
• 앱 스토어가 아니라 앱에서 직접 가입해 쇼피파이 열쇠를 낸 옛 방식의 손님 — 손님이 직접 낸 쇼피파이 Client ID · Client Secret

쇼피파이 API 로 받는 것 (쇼피파이 앱 «G-road»)

앱은 네 가지 권한을 요청합니다.

• write_products — 제품·컬렉션·메타필드를 읽고 씁니다.
• write_publications — 제품을 판매 채널(온라인 스토어)에 게시합니다.
• write_files — 사진·파일을 스토어에 올립니다.
• write_online_store_navigation — 온라인 스토어 메뉴를 읽고 씁니다.

설치할 때(그리고 계정을 잇지 않은 채 쇼피파이에서 앱을 다시 열 때) 스토어 id 와 스토어 이메일을 받습니다. 스토어 id 는 설치 기록에 남습니다. 스토어 이메일은 설치 직후 화면으로 넘어가는 «착지 티켓»에 담기며, 티켓은 5분이 지나면 쓸 수 없고 티켓 행은 shop/redact 요청을 받을 때 지웁니다. 앱 스토어에서 설치한 경우에는 이 스토어 이메일로 G-road 로그인 계정을 자동으로 만듭니다. 비밀번호도, 메일로 받는 번호도 필요 없이 바로 들어옵니다. 그 이메일은 계정과 구성원 기록에 남아 «계정이 있는 동안» 보관하며, shop/redact 로는 지워지지 않습니다 — 계정 삭제는 support@g-road.io 로 요청해 주세요.

쇼피파이 동의 화면에는 「Store owner: name, email, phone, address」가 표시됩니다. 이는 쇼피파이가 앱 설치 화면에 기본으로 표시하는 문구입니다. G-road 가 쓰는 것은 스토어 이메일과 스토어 주소뿐입니다.

받지 않는 것 (쇼피파이 앱 «G-road» · 앱 스토어 설치)

• 주문 데이터·고객(손님의 손님) 데이터 — 그 권한을 요청하지 않으며 받지 않습니다.
• 손님 스토어의 스토어프론트(구매자가 보는 화면)에 스크립트나 쿠키를 넣지 않습니다.
• 옛 방식의 손님이 자기 커스텀 앱 열쇠로 주문·고객 권한을 준 경우는 다릅니다 — OS 모듈 진단을 위해 주문(주문번호 · 시각 · 금액 · 구매자 이메일 · 품목 · 환불 · 유입 캠페인 표시(주문에 붙은 광고 캠페인 이름))과 고객 목록(이름 · 이메일 · 주문 수 · 누적 구매액 · 첫·최근 구매일 · 마케팅 수신 상태)을 읽습니다. 일 단위로 집계한 주문 수·매출과, 손님이 연결한 GA4 · Search Console · 메타 광고 · 인스타그램 지표도 읽습니다. 읽은 고객·주문 행은 손님이 연결한 노션에 기록됩니다.

04어디에 두고 얼마나 두나

어떻게 두나

• 쇼피파이 토큰과 Client Secret 은 AES-256-GCM 으로 봉인해 저장합니다. 평문으로 두지 않습니다.
• 서버 로그는 용량 한도 안에서 순환합니다. 쇼피파이 설치·웹훅 처리 로그에는 스토어 주소 · 웹훅 id · 주제 · 상태코드만 적습니다.
• 사진 파일은 서명된 주소로만 열립니다. 버그 신고 첨부는 비공개 저장소에 둡니다.

얼마나 두나

• 쇼피파이 토큰 — 앱을 삭제하면 쇼피파이가 보내는 app/uninstalled 웹훅을 받아 즉시 비웁니다. 48시간 뒤 쇼피파이가 보내는 shop/redact 요청을 받으면 설치 기록·티켓·앱 설치로 만든 연결 기록을 지웁니다. 웹훅을 받은 기록(스토어 주소 · 웹훅 id · 주제 · 시각)은 중복 처리를 막기 위해 남습니다.
• 착지 티켓 — 5분 뒤 만료. 만료된 티켓은 쓸 수 없습니다. 티켓 행은 shop/redact 요청 때 지웁니다.
• 계정 · 제품 초안 · G-Coin 장부 · 버그 신고 · 온보딩 답변 — 손님이 삭제를 요청할 때까지 둡니다. 요청은 support@g-road.io 로 받습니다.
• 결제 연락처(휴대폰 번호) — 번호를 바꾸면 새 번호로 덮어쓰고, 계정을 지우면 함께 지웁니다.
• 결제 기록(주문번호 · 금액 · 시각 · 승인번호) — 계정이 있는 동안에는 결제 내역으로 보여 드리기 위해 둡니다. 계정을 지우면 결제 기록에서 계정과의 연결을 끊고(이름 · 이메일 · 휴대폰 번호 없이), 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 거래일부터 5년 동안 따로 보관한 뒤 자동으로 지웁니다. 결제 기록은 서버만 읽을 수 있고 운영자만 조회합니다.
• 계정 삭제 — 진행 중인 결제나 이용 중인 요금제가 있으면 먼저 해지한 뒤 지울 수 있습니다.
• 공급처에서 가져온 원본 사진과 편집한 사진 파일 — 제품이 스토어에 올라간 것이 확인되면 자동으로 지웁니다. 삭제를 따로 요청하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 사진이 실제로 쓰이는 곳은 손님의 스토어입니다.
• 스토어에서 빼는 사진 — 손님이 승인한 대로 기존 사진을 스토어에서 지울 때, 되돌릴 수 있도록 그 파일을 저희 서버에 30일 동안 보관한 뒤 지웁니다.
• 얼리액세스 신청 정보 — 삭제를 요청할 때까지 둡니다. 수신 거부 · 삭제 요청은 support@g-road.io 로 받습니다.
• 로그인 세션 — G-road 웹사이트(app.g-road.io)에 직접 로그인하는 경우, 로그인 상태를 유지하기 위해 브라우저 저장소에 세션 정보를 보관할 수 있습니다. 이 로그인은 Supabase 인증(싱가포르)이 처리합니다. Shopify 관리자 안의 G-road 앱은 Shopify가 발급하는 세션 토큰으로 각 요청을 확인하며, 로그인 정보를 브라우저 저장소에 보관하지 않습니다.

05밖으로 보내는 곳 — 처리 위탁 · 국외 이전

G-road 는 아래 업체에 처리를 맡깁니다. 대한민국 밖에 있는 곳은 국외 이전에 해당합니다. 이 이전은 서비스 제공에 필요한 처리 위탁·보관이며, 이 방침으로 알립니다.

이전 시기·방법 — 해당 처리가 일어날 때 인터넷 회선(HTTPS)으로 보냅니다. 각 업체가 두는 기간 — 그 업체의 방침을 따릅니다. AI 처리와 공급처 수집은 손님이 공급처 제품을 가져오거나 해당 기능을 쓸 때 일어납니다. 데이터베이스와 로그인은 Supabase(싱가포르)에 있어, 이를 원치 않으면 서비스를 쓸 수 없습니다.

• 손님이 붙여넣은 공급처 링크(1688 · 타오바오 · 티몰 · 알리익스프레스)는 그 페이지를 열어 읽는 데 씁니다.
• 사진에서 글자를 지우는 엔진은 G-road 가 운영하는 장비에서 돕니다. 외부 업체가 아닙니다.

06쿠키 · 분석 · 브라우저 저장소

• 홈페이지 — Google Analytics 4 태그가 실려 있습니다. 쿠키와 방문 기록을 모읍니다.
• 얼리액세스 신청 화면 — Cloudflare Turnstile(사람인지 확인)이 실려 있습니다. 확인 결과가 신청과 함께 전송됩니다.
• 글꼴 · 스크립트 — 홈페이지와 앱은 글꼴 파일을 Google Fonts 와 jsDelivr 에서 받아옵니다. 그때 접속 IP 와 브라우저 정보가 그 업체에 전달됩니다.
• 앱 로그인 — G-road 웹사이트(app.g-road.io)에 직접 로그인하는 경우, 로그인 상태를 유지하기 위해 쿠키가 아닌 브라우저 저장소에 세션 정보를 보관할 수 있습니다. Shopify 관리자 안의 G-road 앱은 Shopify가 발급하는 세션 토큰으로 각 요청을 확인하며, 로그인 정보를 브라우저 저장소에 보관하지 않습니다.
• 화면 설정 — 두 경우 모두 언어, 화면 표시 설정 등 로그인과 무관한 화면 설정은 브라우저 저장소에 저장될 수 있습니다.
• 서버 쿠키 — 하나입니다. 쇼피파이 앱 설치 흐름에서 쓰는 __Host-gr_oauth (10분 · HttpOnly · Secure).
• 쿠키 저장은 브라우저 설정에서 거부하거나 지울 수 있습니다. 홈페이지에는 로그인이 없어 쿠키를 거부해도 열립니다.
• 손님 스토어의 스토어프론트에는 쿠키나 스크립트를 넣지 않습니다.

07결제

• 홈페이지(app.g-road.io)에서 결제하는 손님 — 결제는 결제선생(페이민트㈜)에 맡깁니다(처리위탁). G-road 는 휴대폰 번호 · 계정 이름 · 요금제/충전 이름 · 금액을 보내고, 결제선생이 카카오 알림톡으로 청구서를 보냅니다. 카드 · 계좌 정보는 손님이 결제선생 화면에 직접 넣으며 G-road 는 받지 않습니다. G-road 는 결제 결과(주문번호 · 금액 · 시각 · 승인번호)만 받습니다.
• 휴대폰 번호는 결제 화면에서 수집·이용에 동의한 경우에만 받습니다. 동의하지 않을 수 있으며, 이 경우 홈페이지에서 요금제 결제와 G-Coin 충전을 할 수 없습니다.
• 쇼피파이 앱 스토어에서 설치한 손님 — 요금은 쇼피파이를 통해 청구될 수 있습니다.

08손님의 권리와 요청 방법

• 자기 정보의 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 요청은 support@g-road.io 로 보냅니다. 받은 요청은 지체 없이 처리합니다.
• 삭제 요청을 받으면 G-road 가 제품 초안 · G-Coin 장부 · 스토어 연결 기록을 지웁니다.
• 손님의 쇼피파이 스토어에 이미 등록된 제품은 손님의 것입니다. G-road 가 지우지 않습니다.
• 권익 침해에 대한 도움은 아래 기관에서도 받을 수 있습니다 — 개인정보침해신고센터(한국인터넷진흥원 · privacy.kisa.or.kr · 국번 없이 118) · 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr · 1833-6972)

09아동

G-road 서비스는 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

10보안 조치

• 쇼피파이 토큰 · Client Secret 은 AES-256-GCM 으로 봉인해 저장합니다.
• 토큰 · 설치 · 티켓 · 연결 표는 행 단위 보안(RLS)을 켜고 익명 · 로그인 사용자 권한을 걷어, 서버(서비스 롤)만 읽고 씁니다.
• 홈페이지와 앱은 HTTPS 로 통신합니다.
• 쇼피파이 설치 · 웹훅 처리 로그에는 스토어 주소 · 웹훅 id · 주제 · 상태코드만 적습니다.
• 쇼피파이 웹훅은 서명(HMAC)을 확인한 뒤 처리합니다.

11쇼피파이 앱 이용자에게

• app/uninstalled — 앱을 삭제하면 토큰을 즉시 비웁니다.
• products/create — Shopify에서 상품이 새로 생성되면 상품 정보가 포함된 알림을 받습니다. 알림에는 상품 번호, 이름, 설명, 이미지 및 옵션·변형 정보 등이 포함될 수 있습니다. G-road는 스토어 주소와 상품 번호를 이용해 해당 상품의 동기화와 편집 준비를 시작합니다.
• shop/redact — 쇼피파이가 48시간 뒤 보내는 요청에 따라 설치 기록 · 티켓 · 앱 설치로 만든 연결 기록을 지웁니다. 웹훅을 받은 기록(스토어 주소 · 웹훅 id · 주제 · 시각)은 중복 처리를 막기 위해 남습니다.
• customers/data_request · customers/redact — 쇼피파이 앱 «G-road»는 손님 스토어의 고객 데이터를 받지 않습니다. 제공하거나 지울 것이 없으므로 요청을 받은 기록만 남깁니다.

What we collect

• Website: visit data through Google Analytics 4. There is no login on the website; static pages store nothing. The early-access form collects email (required), name and phone (optional), your marketing consent (email required, KakaoTalk optional) and UTM parameters, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Submissions go through our lead endpoint (lead.g-road.io, Cloudflare Workers) into Supabase (Singapore); a hashed IP (not the raw IP) and browser user agent are stored as consent evidence. Emails are sent through Stibee (email, name) and KakaoTalk messages through SOLAPI (phone, only with KakaoTalk consent); both are in Korea.
• App users: email (login by emailed link or code), Shopify store domain, supplier product links you paste (1688 / Taobao / Tmall / AliExpress), photos and videos you upload, edited product text / prices / options, size chart images, G-Coin balance and usage, payment results (order id, amount, time, approval number). Payment contact: only when you pay on the website, the mobile number that receives KakaoTalk payment requests and the time you agreed to its collection and use. Bug reports: your text, your email, attached screenshots or recordings, and machine-filled context (URL, screen, product, browser, app version, last errors); screenshots may show your store content. OS module onboarding answers: name or store name, monthly revenue goal, target date, monthly budget, things you refuse to do, Instagram URL. Customers on the legacy path (Client ID / Secret entered in the app): the Shopify Client ID / Secret you provided.
• From Shopify (Shopify app): four scopes — write_products (products, collections, metafields), write_publications (sales channel publishing), write_files (file uploads), write_online_store_navigation (online store menus). At install (and when an installed store is reopened from Shopify without a linked account) we read the shop id and shop email. The email is held in a landing ticket that cannot be used after 5 minutes, and ticket rows are deleted when Shopify sends shop/redact. For App Store installs we also create a G-road login account from that shop email, so you enter without a password or an emailed code. That email is stored with the account and its membership record and is kept for as long as the account exists; shop/redact does not delete it. To delete the account, email support@g-road.io. Shopify's install screen shows "Store owner: name, email, phone, address" by default; we use only the shop email and shop domain.
• The Shopify app "G-road" (App Store install) does not request or receive order data or customer data, and does not inject scripts or cookies into your storefront. Legacy-path customers who granted order and customer scopes with their own custom-app keys are different: for OS module diagnosis we read orders (order number, time, amount, buyer email, line items, refunds, the campaign tag attached to the order) and the customer list (name, email, order count, amount spent, first / last order date, marketing consent state), plus daily aggregated order counts and revenue and the GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads and Instagram metrics they connected. Customer and order rows we read are written into the Notion workspace they connected.

Why

• Login and identity check; Shopify store connection and product publishing; product description drafts (generated automatically when you import a supplier product or start editing); AI writing, image processing, and size chart reading when you use those features; G-Coin accounting and payment confirmation; bug report handling; OS module onboarding and diagnosis; early-access messages on the channels you consented to; website statistics; support.

Where and how long

• App server on Vultr (Seoul, Korea). Database, auth, and file storage on Supabase (Singapore), including bug reports, onboarding answers and early-access submissions. Login emails via AWS SES (Sydney, Australia). Image text-removal engine on equipment we operate (Korea). Website and the lead endpoint on Cloudflare (global edge).
• Shopify tokens and Client Secrets are stored sealed with AES-256-GCM, not in plain text. Server logs rotate within a size limit; Shopify install and webhook logs record only the store domain, webhook id, topic, and status code. Photo files are served through signed URLs; bug report attachments are in a private bucket.
• Tokens are cleared as soon as we receive the app/uninstalled webhook. Install, ticket, and app-install connection rows are deleted when Shopify sends shop/redact 48 hours later; the webhook receipt log (store domain, webhook id, topic, time) remains to prevent duplicate processing.
• Payment contact (mobile number): overwritten when you change it, and deleted with your account. Payment records (order id, amount, time, approval number): shown as your payment history while your account exists. If you delete your account, we unlink the records from it (no name, email or phone remains) and keep them separately for 5 years from the transaction date under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, then delete them automatically. Only the server can read payment records, and only operators look them up. An account with a payment in progress or an active plan must be canceled before it can be deleted.
• Account data, product drafts, the G-Coin ledger, bug reports, onboarding answers and early-access submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them (support@g-road.io). If you sign in directly on the G-road website (app.g-road.io), session information may be kept in your browser storage to keep you signed in; that sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth (Singapore). The G-road app inside Shopify admin verifies each request with session tokens issued by Shopify and does not store sign-in information in browser storage.
• Supplier source photos and edited image files are deleted automatically once we confirm the product is live in your store. You do not need to request this; the photos that matter live in your store.
• Photos removed from your store are kept on our server for 30 days so an approved update can be undone, then deleted.

Third parties (processors and cross-border transfer)

• These transfers are processing and storage needed to provide the service. We disclose them in this policy. Data is sent over HTTPS at the time the processing happens. Each provider's own retention applies to what it holds. AI and supplier-fetch transfers happen when you import a supplier product or use those features; the service cannot run without Supabase (database and login).
• Shopify (Canada / US) — product data and connection tokens, for publishing and store connection.
• Supabase (Singapore) — accounts, connections, sealed tokens, product drafts, G-Coin ledger, photos, bug reports, onboarding answers, early-access submissions.
• Vultr (Korea) — app server.
• AWS SES (Australia) — login link / code emails.
• Apify (US) — fetches supplier pages from links you paste.
• Google Gemini (US) — product title and up to 3 product photos, to read visible facts for the description draft. Sent when a supplier product is imported or editing starts and no draft exists yet.
• OpenAI (US) — product title and facts as text (supplier attributes and facts read from photos), no photos, to write the description draft. Sent at the same moments as above.
• Anthropic (US) — product title and description, the text you exchange in AI writing, one selected size chart image, and supplier option names and values (Chinese), for AI writing, size chart reading, and translating supplier option names into English — only when you use those features.
• Notion (US) — product materials, review outputs, OS module onboarding answers, and (legacy path) customer and order rows, only for accounts that connected a Notion workspace.
• 결제선생 (Payssam, operated by Paymint Inc., Korea) — processor (outsourcing) for sending KakaoTalk payment requests and processing payments: mobile number, account name, plan / top-up name and amount. Payssam re-delegates message and KakaoTalk notification sending to Infobank, NHN Cloud and LG CNS. Card / bank details are entered on Payssam's own screen; we never receive them, only the result.
• Stibee (Korea) — email and name; early-access emails. SOLAPI (Korea) — phone; KakaoTalk messages, only with KakaoTalk consent.
• Google Analytics 4 (US) — website statistics. Cloudflare (global edge) — website delivery, the lead endpoint, and Turnstile verification.
• The image text-removal engine runs on equipment we operate, not at a third party.

Cookies and browser storage

• Website: GA4 tag; cookies and visit data are collected. The early-access page loads Cloudflare Turnstile; its result is sent with your submission.
• The website and the app load fonts from Google Fonts and jsDelivr; those hosts receive your IP and browser information when the files are fetched.
• App sign-in: if you sign in directly on the G-road website (app.g-road.io), session information may be kept in browser storage (not cookies) to keep you signed in. The G-road app inside Shopify admin verifies each request with session tokens issued by Shopify and does not store sign-in information in browser storage.
• In both cases, non-sign-in display settings such as language and screen preferences may be saved in browser storage.
• The only server cookie is __Host-gr_oauth (10 minutes, HttpOnly, Secure), used during Shopify app installation.
• You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website has no login and opens without cookies.
• No cookies or scripts are placed on your storefront.

Payment

• Customers who pay on the website (app.g-road.io): payment is outsourced to 결제선생 (Payssam, Paymint Inc.). We send your mobile number, account name, plan / top-up name and amount; Payssam sends the payment request by KakaoTalk. Card / bank details are entered on Payssam's screen and we never receive them; we receive only the result (order id, amount, time, approval number).
• We collect the mobile number only if you agree to its collection and use on the payment page. You may refuse; if you do, you cannot pay for a plan or top up G-Coin on the website.
• Shopify App Store installs: fees may be billed through Shopify.

Your rights

• Request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at support@g-road.io. Requests are handled without undue delay.
• On request we delete product drafts, the G-Coin ledger, and store connection records. Products already in your Shopify store are yours and are not deleted by us.

• Sealed tokens (AES-256-GCM); token, install, ticket, and connection tables readable and writable by the service role only (row level security, anon and authenticated roles revoked); HTTPS; install and webhook logs record only store domain, webhook id, topic, and status code; webhook HMAC verification.

Shopify webhooks

• app/uninstalled — tokens cleared immediately.
• products/create — When a product is created in your Shopify store, Shopify sends us a notification containing product information. This may include the product ID, title, description, images, and option and variant details. G-road uses the store domain and product ID to start syncing the product and preparing it for editing.
• shop/redact — install, ticket, and app-install connection rows deleted.
• customers/data_request and customers/redact — logged only. The Shopify app "G-road" holds no customer data, so there is nothing to provide or erase.
